Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our art prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at louisacorr@hotmail.com with photographic evidence of the issue and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items As our prints are custom, handcrafted products, they are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. Please note that slight variations in colour between your screen and the printed artwork are natural and are not considered a defect.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank to process this. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at louisacorr@hotmail.com.
We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers once the item has been dispatched.
